Connected KSA 2026 is a leading event focused on telecommunications, digital infrastructure, broadband, cloud, AI, smart cities, data centres, 5G, and emerging digital technologies. The event will be held on 9–10 November 2026 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What is the participation cost under the Bharat Pavilion?
The subsidised participation cost for a 6 sqm fully furnished booth is ₹1,97,000/-.
Who is eligible to participate under the Bharat Pavilion?
Participating companies must have a valid Import Export Code (IEC) and must be TEPC members prior to the event.
How can a company reserve its booth space?
Interested TEPC member companies need to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with the prescribed initial payment. Booth allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, with the balance payment payable upon confirmation by TEPC.
Is airfare reimbursement available for participating companies?
Airfare assistance may be available, subject to approval under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme or applicable Government of India guidelines. The support is applicable to eligible senior representatives, for economy-class travel, subject to prescribed conditions, documentation, fund availability, and Government approval.
